The South Bend Clin­ic is com­mit­ted to the high­est stan­dards of busi­ness con­duct and com­pli­ance with laws and reg­u­la­tions. The Com­pli­ance Hot­line has been estab­lished to pro­vide a con­fi­den­tial, anony­mous mech­a­nism to report poten­tial com­pli­ance issues.

The Hot­line is a 24-hour, 7 day-a-week resource, the phone num­ber, 574−204−7227 auto­mat­i­cal­ly patch­es you into a voice mail­box where you can leave a mes­sage about your con­cern. Indi­vid­u­als who call the Com­pli­ance Hot­line may remain anony­mous when sub­mit­ting issues or con­cerns. Com­pli­ance Hot­line mes­sages are for­ward­ed to the Chief Com­pli­ance Offi­cer for eval­u­a­tion and appro­pri­ate action. No one will retal­i­ate against any per­son mak­ing a report in good faith.
